Andzor Kabard

Andzor Kabard is an independent consultant on the Black and Caspian Sea region currently based in New York. In 2012, he was the official representative of the International Circassian Association in Moscow, as well as the co-chairperson of the Kabardian delegation of the Russian Congress of Peoples of the Caucasus.
