Andranik Shirinyan is a human rights defender and policy expert from Armenia, with a background in international law, international relations, human rights, and democratic governance. He previously served as the Country Representative for Freedom House in Armenia, and has led regional initiatives on freedom of expression, minority rights, and transitional justice. His work focuses on the intersection of rights, accountability, and public policy in the South Caucasus.
