Azar Gasimli, the former Deputy Chair of the opposition REAL Party and Director of the Institute of Political Management, has been sentenced to four months in pre-trial detention. Azerbaijani activists react with scepticism to ReAl party acquittals

A number of human rights and opposition activists in Azerbaijan have reacted with scepticism to the acquittals of ReAl party leader Ilgar Mammadov and prominent party member Rasul Jafarov.
