Rahim has worked as a human rights defender and journalist in Azerbaijan and Georgia for over 5 years. He writes mainly about ethnic minorities, queer issues, peacebuilding, and women's rights. He is currently leading the Colourfull Caucasus project.

Parvana Rahimova has over 3 years of experience as a journalist and photographer. She is passionate about documentary filmmaking, and visual arts. She is also highly interested in social and gender issues, and peacebuilding.

Ramil is a Baku-born PhD candidate at the Charles University in Prague, where he is researching marginalised and queer masculinities in Azerbaijan. Ramil mainly focuses on gender issues, queer rights, ethnicity, and queer nationalism.

Rati is a Policy Analyst at CRRC Georgia.

Richard is a Distinguished Visiting Professor at George Mason University and former US Ambassador to Azerbaijan and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Before joining OC Media as an editor at its founding in 2017, Robin worked in Georgia’s NGO sector. He is passionate about human rights and social justice and is a big believer in giving voice to marginalised people and tackling tough subjects head-on. Robin enjoys hiking, KFC, and the Oxford comma.

Saida is a journalist at Daghestani newspaper Chernovik.

Salome is a researcher at CRRC Georgia.

Salome has a passion for democracy and European politics. She handles everything from donor reports to managing our media partnerships, loving the diverse nature of her role — balancing project management with communications and engagement. When not working, you will find her deep into crime dramas or enjoying those go-to TV shows that never get old, all with her cat curled up in her lap.

Salome is a gender researcher from Georgia currently working in agriculture and rural development. Her interests include women's history, sexuality, and visual storytelling.
