Owner of pro-Kocharyan television channel arrested in Armenia
Armen Tavadyan, an associate of ex-President Robert Kocharyan, and owner of the pro-Kocharyan TV 5 television channel has been arrested. He has been charged with bribing witnesses to give false testimony in Kocharyan’s ongoing trial. Tavadyan’s 24 December arrest is connected to a larger case.
