President Alan Gagloyev’s Nykhas party has won parliamentary elections in South Ossetia, securing at least 13 seats in the 34-seat parliament. The leader of the opposition Nykhas Party, Alan Gagloyev, has come first in the first round of South Ossetia’s presidential election, surpassing the vote count of incumbent president Anatoly Bibilov.
