Publika has reported that Tbilisi City Hall announced tenders for the rehabilitation of Rustaveli Avenue, the capital’s central avenue, where protests have been taking place for more than a month.

The tenders were announced on 24 December, with the deadline for submitting proposals being 14 January, media reported adding that the tenders cover multiple parts of the avenue.
