Official results start coming in
As the protest continues in Tbilisi, official results are coming in. With 70% of votes counted across the country, Georgian Dream are leading with 81% of the vote. In the Tbilisi mayoral election, where 93% of votes have been counted, incumbent Kakha Kaladze is leading with 72%. The opposition’s Irakli Kupradze is trailing with 12%.
