On Tuesday morning, Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Defence  accused  Armenia of firing at positions in Nakhchivan the previous night. Armenia swiftly denied the accusations, and accused Azerbaijani forces of opening fire on Armenian positions on Armenia’s eastern border that day.
