Azerbaijan has ranked 151st on this year’s World Press Freedom Index — the 29th worst in the world. On this week’s episode of the Caucasus Digest, OC Media speaks to Arzu Geybulla, a journalist and media expert, and Orkhan Mammad, an editor at Meydan TV, about how Baku’s policies serve to constrict media freedom in Azerbaijan or even force journalists into exile.
