His father, Ramzan Kadyrov, is widely believed to have been grooming Adam to be his successor for years.

Journalists report that candidates range from Kadyrov’s son Adam to the commanders of security structures.

The ceremony took place in the village of Gvardeiskoe, attended by UFC champion Khamzat Chimaev.

Among those awarded was the Chechen Head Ramzan Kadyrov’s 17-year-old son Adam Kadyrov.

This is the seventh position held by the Chechen leader’s third son, Adam.
