Demonstrators fined in Zugdidi and Kutaisi
According to local media, patrol police in Zugdidi and Kutaisi have been issuing fines to drivers over the past few days who were driving in convoys as part of pro-European rallies. RFE/RL reported that police in these two cities have issued at least nine fines – each driver was fined ₾1,000 ($355).
