Council of Europe Secretary General congratulates every Armenian who voted
The Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Alain Berset, has congratulated Pashinyan on his electoral victory as well as ‘every Armenian who showed up to vote’. He further added that the Council of Europe would ‘continue to deepen its partnership with Armenia’.
