The Interior Ministry has told local media that all six people detained on Rustaveli Avenue earlier today on administrative charges have been released on their own recognisance.

The Georgian Young Lawyers’ Association previously stated today that ‘employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are using violent methods to detain peaceful protestors, including women’.
