Armenia commits to unilateral concessions

This week, Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced that the government had decided ‘to adjust the border’ in northern Armenia to ‘not allow war’.

In effect, this means handing over the four Azerbaijani non-enclave villages under Armenian control, fulfilling Azerbaijan’s demand
