Papuashvili: demands to dissolve parliament carry same weight as calls for holding World Cup in Georgia

Parliamentary Speaker Shalva Papuashvili has criticised President Salome Zourabichvili for calling for the dissolution of parliament, reportedly saying that she ‘can just as successfully schedule the World Cup in Tbilisi. This decision will have the same legal force.’
